Alomnésia Filmes is an independent audiovisual production company born from the desire to tell stories that move, inspire, and transform. Combining artistic sensitivity, cultural identity, and technical excellence, the company stands out for creating works that reflect real Brazil — its voices, rhythms, colors, and struggles — delivering poetic and socially engaged narratives to the audience.
To create audiovisual works that move, inspire, and transform. Alomnésia Filmes believes in the power of cinema as a tool for connection and change — an art capable of crossing borders, awakening empathy, and giving voice to those who are often unheard. Our purpose is to strengthen Brazilian culture in all its diversity, valuing the stories, accents, and expressions that form the country’s living mosaic. We aim to promote more human, conscious, and sensitive perspectives on the world, translating into image and sound what is most genuine in the experience of being Brazilian. More than producing films, we want to build bridges between realities, spark reflection, and inspire both personal and collective transformation through art.
Since 2015, Alomnésia Filmes has been building a journey marked by short films that combine poetry, reflection, and Brazilian identity. Among the early productions are *A Melodia do Comércio Popular* (2015), *Uma Vida em Cordel* (2019), *Alomnesia* (2019), *Erva Daninha* (2022), and *Lembranças de uma Caminhada* (2023) — works that helped establish the company’s unique artistic style.
The short film *Once Upon a Time... in Cordel* (2025) became a milestone in the company’s history, winning the **Best Film Award (Youth Jury)** at the Caruaru Film Festival and the **Best Direction Award** at the Miracine Festival, as well as recognition at Mostra Saci, Incuba Filmes, and the Mangaratiba Festival (Best Film of the Day – Audience Vote). Following this success, Alomnésia expanded into the world of series, developing projects that combine entertainment, reflection, and social impact.
